Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time tracking
- Process incoming/outgoing shipments with precision documentation
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO protocols
- Generate inventory reports for management review
- Collaborate with procurement teams on stock optimization
- Audit inventory records and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Train staff on inventory control procedures
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory control experience in warehouse settings
- Proficiency with barcode scanners and WMS software
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Missouri driver's license preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
- Experience with SAP or Oracle inventory modules
- High school diploma or equivalent required
