Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Manage real-time inventory data using WMS systems
- Coordinate with warehouse staff for efficient stock transfers
- Generate inventory reports for management analysis
- Maintain accurate records of incoming/outgoing shipments
- Implement inventory control procedures to prevent loss
- Collaborate with procurement team for stock replenishment
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Spanish fluency a plus for Miami market
