Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS software
- Process inbound/outbound shipments, verify documentation, and update tracking systems
- Maintain accurate physical and digital inventory records with zero-tolerance for errors
- Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to optimize stock levels and reorder points
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols and ensure proper storage conditions
- Generate inventory reports for management review and compliance audits
- Train staff on inventory procedures and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Forklift certification (OSHA certified preferred)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Basic knowledge of supply chain management principles
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven approach
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
