Responsibilities
- Accurately count, verify, and document inventory levels using WMS software
- Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies in real-time
- Process inbound/outbound inventory transactions with zero errors
- Generate daily/weekly inventory reports for management review
- Maintain organized digital and physical stock records
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize storage layouts
- Investigate and resolve inventory variances promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid California driver's license (required for site checks)
- Basic Excel proficiency for reporting
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Forklift certification a plus
