Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using manual systems and barcode scanners.
- Perform regular cycle counts and stockroom audits to reconcile discrepancies.
- Organize and manage stockroom layout for efficient retrieval and storage.
- Assist in the preparation of shipments for outbound delivery.
- Report damaged or missing goods to the warehouse manager immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse inventory, logistics, or clerical roles is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with inventory software or WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
