Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and full inventory audits using barcode scanning systems
- Update and maintain real-time inventory data in WMS software
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through root cause analysis
- Coordinate with receiving/shipping teams to ensure accurate stock movement
- Generate inventory reports for management review and process improvement
- Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory rotation protocols
- Maintain organized storage areas and optimize warehouse layout
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and barcode scanners
- Strong attention to detail and data verification skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic math proficiency and record-keeping accuracy
- Forklift certification a plus
- Experience with inventory reconciliation processes
