Responsibilities
- Perform daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using WMS software
- Track and document all incoming/outbound shipments with barcode scanners
- Maintain accurate digital records in ERP systems (SAP/JDE experience preferred)
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for stock replenishment
- Generate monthly inventory reports and variance analysis
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols for perishable goods
- Conduct cycle counts and assist in annual physical inventories
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with MS Excel and inventory management software
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of OSHA warehouse safety standards
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
