Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS systems
- Manage inbound/outbound stock documentation with 99.9% accuracy
- Optimize warehouse storage layouts to maximize space utilization
- Coordinate with procurement teams on stock replenishment protocols
- Generate monthly inventory reports for executive leadership
- Implement FIFO inventory rotation procedures
- Train staff on inventory control best practices
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory management experience in distribution/warehousing
- Proficiency with WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and data entry skills
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Associates degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with barcode scanning technology
