Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts using RF scanners and barcode systems
- Maintain accurate digital records in ERP/WMS software with zero tolerance for discrepancies
- Coordinate cycle counts and reconciliations across 3 warehouse zones
- Process inbound/outbound inventory transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Generate weekly inventory reports highlighting variances and trends
- Collaborate with procurement to optimize stock levels and reorder points
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols for perishable goods
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory management or warehouse experience required
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and inventory software
- RF scanner certification or equivalent technical aptitude
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Background check and drug screen required
