Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS systems
- Manage inbound/outbound stock processing with barcode scanners and RF technology
- Maintain precise digital records in SAP and maintain real-time inventory visibility
- Coordinate with procurement team to support reorder points and stock optimization
- Conduct physical audits and generate variance reports for leadership review
- Support cross-functional teams during peak seasons and inventory transitions
- Train staff on inventory control protocols and safety procedures
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory control or warehouse experience in a distribution setting
- Proficient with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle) and barcode scanning technology
- Strong mathematical aptitude with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods in warehouse environment
- Valid California driver's license preferred for site transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Experience with FIFO/FEFO inventory rotation methods
