Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using ERP systems
- Manage inbound/outbound stock movements with barcode scanning and documentation
- Maintain real-time inventory records in WMS platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Coordinate with procurement team to optimize stock levels and reorder points
- Generate inventory reports for management analysis and compliance audits
- Implement FIFO/FEFO protocols and monitor warehouse temperature-sensitive zones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in WMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Forklift certification (OSHA 10-hour preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Experience with RF scanning technology and inventory audits
