Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate real-time inventory records using WMS software and barcode scanning systems
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies with purchase orders and shipping manifests
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to optimize stock rotation and minimize obsolescence
- Generate inventory reports for management and support annual audits
- Manage stock replenishment processes to prevent supply chain disruptions
- Implement FIFO protocols and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Collaborate with procurement teams to update SKU databases and product specifications
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inventory management experience in logistics or warehousing
- Proficiency in WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment safely
- Experience with barcode scanning technologies (RFID, Zebra scanners)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in logistics preferred
