Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS systems
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and maintain real-time inventory records
- Perform quality audits on received goods and document irregularities
- Generate inventory reports and analyze trends for operational improvements
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to resolve stock discrepancies promptly
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Support year-end inventory audits and physical counts
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year inventory or warehouse experience required
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail with mathematical aptitude
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification preferred but not mandatory
- Basic knowledge of FIFO and inventory control principles
- Valid California driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
