Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Manage stock rotation using FIFO method to minimize obsolescence
- Operate warehouse management systems for real-time inventory tracking
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and verify documentation
- Maintain organized storage areas and optimize space utilization
- Generate weekly inventory reports for management review
- Collaborate with purchasing team on stock replenishment needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year inventory control experience
- Proficiency in WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and data entry accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification preferred but not required
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Attention to detail with zero-error tolerance mindset
