Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Update and maintain accurate inventory databases using WMS software
- Process stock receipts, returns, and transfers systematically
- Collaborate with procurement teams to optimize stock levels
- Generate inventory reports for management review
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols and quality control checks
- Train staff on inventory management procedures
- Coordinate physical audits and cycle counting schedules
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of inventory or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table knowledge
- Forklift certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
- Valid Texas driver's license required
- Experience with barcode scanning systems
