Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS systems
- Process inbound/outbound shipments, verify documentation, and update stock records
- Maintain accurate digital and physical inventory logs in compliance with ISO standards
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to resolve stock shortages and overages
- Generate monthly inventory reports for management review and process improvement
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage and optimize storage
- Collaborate with procurement teams on stock replenishment and forecasting
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years of inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and MS Excel
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10 training (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varied warehouse conditions
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Basic knowledge of FIFO/LIFO inventory valuation methods
