Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS systems
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and maintain digital inventory records
- Collaborate with procurement team to track stock levels and reorder points
- Generate inventory reports for management review and process improvement
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols and quality control checks
- Train staff on inventory procedures and compliance standards
- Coordinate physical inventory audits and system reconciliations
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory control experience in warehouse/distribution setting
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong data analysis skills with attention to detail
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a climate-controlled warehouse
- Experience with barcode scanning technology
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent required
