Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using WMS software
- Track and document all incoming/outbound shipments with barcode scanners
- Maintain accurate digital records in ERP/SAP systems
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize storage layouts
- Generate monthly inventory reports for management review
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols for perishable goods
- Coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment orders
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS/ERP systems (SAP experience a plus)
- Familiarity with barcode scanning technology
- Strong mathematical accuracy and data entry skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
