Responsibilities
- Maintain precise inventory records using WMS software and barcode scanning systems
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies with ERP data
- Coordinate shipping/receiving activities and verify incoming/outgoing shipments
- Optimize warehouse layout and implement FIFO inventory rotation protocols
- Generate daily/weekly inventory reports for management review
- Collaborate with purchasing team to prevent stockouts and overstock situations
- Train staff on inventory procedures and safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Forklift certification (OSHA 10-hour certification a plus)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Colorado driver's license
