Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using RF scanners
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and maintain real-time inventory records in WMS
- Generate inventory reports and analyze trends to optimize stock levels
- Collaborate with procurement team to reorder materials based on demand forecasts
- Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory control procedures
- Train staff on inventory management best practices
- Perform audits to ensure 99.5% inventory accuracy
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- RF scanner technology expertise
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets proficiency for data analysis
- Forklift certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
