Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory audits and cycle counts using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through root cause analysis
- Maintain real-time accuracy in inventory management software (SAP/Oracle)
- Coordinate with receiving/shipping teams to document all stock movements
- Generate inventory reports for management and compliance purposes
- Implement FIFO protocols and optimize warehouse storage layouts
- Collaborate with procurement to forecast stock replenishment needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with barcode scanners and inventory software (e.g., Fishbowl, Zoho)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification preferred (will train if not certified)
- Experience with EDI systems and B2B logistics workflows
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
