Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconciliations using RF scanners and WMS platforms
- Process inbound/outbound inventory transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Generate real-time inventory reports for leadership and client stakeholders
- Implement FIFO/FEFO protocols while maintaining compliance with ISO 9001 standards
- Collaborate with procurement teams to optimize stock levels and reduce carrying costs
- Train staff on inventory procedures and system updates
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory control experience in 3PL or retail distribution
- Proficiency with WMS (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active) and RF scanning devices
- Strong analytical skills with ability to reconcile discrepancies
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Detail-oriented with ability to maintain precise records
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets expertise for reporting
