What You Will Do:
- Perform regular physical counts of inventory and reconcile any discrepancies immediately.
- Utilize advanced inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or Fishbowl) to track stock levels and update records in real-time.
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments to verify accuracy and condition against purchase orders.
- Maintain organized filing systems and digital records for all stock items.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to optimize storage layouts and retrieval processes.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to assist management in decision-making.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory management systems.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
