Responsibilities
- Perform regular cycle counts and year-end inventories to ensure 100% accuracy of stock levels.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to guarantee quality and quantity.
- Log inventory data into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and update digital records in real-time.
- Assist in the organization of the warehouse layout to optimize storage space and retrieval efficiency.
- Process returns, damaged goods, and transfers with strict adherence to company protocols.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to resolve discrepancies and resolve inventory issues promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Logistics or Supply Chain is a plus.
- Previous experience in inventory management, warehousing, or logistics is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, and experience with barcode scanners and WMS software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records under time pressure.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a warehouse environment.
- Forklift certification (if applicable to the specific role).
