Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and monthly stock audits to maintain 99.9% inventory accuracy.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure correctness.
- Update and maintain accurate inventory records in our management system.
- Organize warehouse stock to optimize accessibility and safety standards.
- Assist in the reconciliation of stock discrepancies and resolve inventory variances.
- Prepare accurate reports for management regarding stock levels and order status.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Supply Chain or Logistics is a plus.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License (depending on company vehicle requirements).
