Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and monthly physical inventories to ensure stock accuracy.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists and purchase orders.
- Update inventory management systems in real-time using handheld scanners and desktop software.
- Tag and label new stock according to company safety and organization standards.
- Identify and report damaged or missing goods to the Warehouse Manager immediately.
- Assist in the organization of warehouse aisles to maximize efficiency and safety.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; prior warehouse or logistics experience is a strong plus.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Experience with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot discrepancies quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive work ethic.
