Responsibilities
- Perform daily stock counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Reconcile physical inventory with system records and investigate discrepancies.
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse spaces for efficient stock retrieval.
- Update and maintain digital inventory logs using company software.
- Assist in the receiving and shipping processes to verify incoming and outgoing goods.
- Prepare detailed reports regarding inventory levels and stock movements.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk, Stock Clerk, or in a warehouse setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
