Responsibilities
- Accurately count and record inventory levels using barcode scanners and ERP systems
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies in real-time
- Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to optimize stock levels
- Maintain digital and physical records of all inventory transactions
- Investigate and resolve inventory variances through systematic audits
- Support year-end physical inventory counts and reporting
- Collaborate with logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Fishbowl)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Forklift certification (OSHA preferred)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Associate degree in logistics or supply chain management preferred
- Experience with barcode scanning systems (RFID/Zebra scanners)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
