Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using RFID/barcode scanning systems
- Maintain accurate digital records in our proprietary WMS software with zero tolerance for errors
- Coordinate with warehouse team to track inbound/outbound shipments and update stock levels in real-time
- Implement FIFO protocols and conduct quality inspections for all inventory items
- Generate monthly inventory reports highlighting trends and optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with purchasing department to maintain optimal stock levels
- Train new staff on inventory management procedures and system operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in inventory management or warehouse operations
- Proficiency with WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a warehouse environment
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to numerical accuracy
- Forklift certification preferred but not required (training provided)
- Experience with inventory audits and reconciliation processes
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in logistics preferred
