Responsibilities
- Accurately count, record, and reconcile inventory using RFID scanners and WMS software
- Perform cycle counts and spot audits to ensure 99.9% inventory accuracy
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with attention to detail
- Maintain digital and physical inventory records in SAP system
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies within 24 hours
- Collaborate with warehouse team on space optimization projects
- Generate weekly inventory reports for management review
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP/JDA) and MS Office Suite
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong mathematical aptitude and data analysis skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Experience with inventory reconciliation audits
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license
