Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Update and maintain real-time inventory databases using WMS software
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and track movement documentation
- Generate weekly inventory reports for management review
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize storage efficiency
- Implement FIFO inventory rotation protocols
- Audit physical stock against system records monthly
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis
- Forklift certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
