Responsibilities
- Maintain precise inventory records through systematic counting and reconciliation
- Operate WMS software to track stock levels and movement
- Coordinate with purchasing and shipping teams for inventory optimization
- Conduct cycle counts and investigate discrepancies
- Process inbound/outbound inventory transactions
- Generate accurate inventory reports for management
- Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory control methods
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory management experience
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong mathematical and analytical abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent
