Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Maintain accurate digital and physical inventory records using WMS software
- Coordinate with purchasing and shipping teams to optimize stock levels
- Investigate and resolve inventory variances through root cause analysis
- Prepare reports for management on inventory status and trends
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Support physical inventory audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of inventory or warehouse experience preferred
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of FIFO/LIFO inventory methods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
