Responsibilities
- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy using WMS systems and barcode scanners
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies within 24 hours
- Coordinate with procurement and shipping teams to optimize stock levels
- Generate weekly inventory reports highlighting trends and variances
- Implement FIFO protocols and ensure proper storage conditions
- Train staff on inventory procedures and system usage
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly physical inventories
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory management experience in a warehouse/logistics setting
- Proficiency with barcode scanners and WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, data validation)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical precision
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification (OSHA-certified preferred)
- Experience with high-value electronics inventory (a plus)
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
