Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Maintain accurate digital records in WMS and ERP systems
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for stock replenishment
- Process inventory adjustments and returns documentation
- Implement FIFO protocols and quality control checks
- Generate monthly inventory reports for management review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during audits
Qualifications
- 3+ years inventory management experience in warehouse/distribution settings
- Proficiency in WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong data entry skills with 99% accuracy
- Familiarity with barcode scanning systems
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
