Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and annual physical inventories with high accuracy.
- Manage and update inventory records in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and spreadsheets.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damages and verify against packing slips.
- Coordinate with shipping and receiving departments to ensure timely processing.
- Organize warehouse storage areas to maximize efficiency and safety.
- Generate and report inventory variance analysis to management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk, Stock Clerk, or in a warehouse setting.
- Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus.
