Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS systems
- Track and document all inbound/outbound shipments with precision
- Perform quality control checks on received goods to verify specifications
- Maintain digital and physical inventory records with 99.9% accuracy
- Collaborate with purchasing and shipping teams to resolve inventory issues
- Generate monthly inventory reports and variance analyses
- Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory rotation procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis
