Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies in warehouse systems
- Utilize ERP software (SAP, Oracle) to track stock levels and movement
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and verify documentation accuracy
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO rotation protocols
- Generate inventory reports for management review and forecasting
- Collaborate with procurement team on stock replenishment strategies
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards in warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite
- Strong numerical accuracy and data verification skills
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks)
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Forklift certification (OSHA 10-hour training a plus)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
