Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using ERP systems
- Maintain real-time stock records in WMS platforms with 99.9% accuracy
- Coordinate with purchasing and shipping teams for inventory optimization
- Implement cycle counting procedures to ensure continuous inventory accuracy
- Generate inventory reports for management and regulatory compliance
- Train staff on inventory protocols and best practices
- Audit warehouse layouts to maximize space utilization and efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical detail
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
