Responsibilities
- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counts and audits
- Utilize WMS software to track stock levels, locations, and movement history
- Coordinate with receiving/shipping teams to document all transactions
- Generate inventory reports and identify discrepancies for resolution
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols and monitor stock quality
- Collaborate with procurement to optimize reorder points
- Train staff on inventory best practices and compliance standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail with zero-error tolerance
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
