Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts using RF scanners and manual verification methods
- Maintain real-time accuracy of warehouse inventory systems (SAP/WMS)
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through systematic audits
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams to reconcile stock movements
- Generate inventory reports and analytics for management decision-making
- Implement cycle count procedures to ensure perpetual inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with procurement on stock replenishment and disposition protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- RF scanner and barcode system certification preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail (±99.5% accuracy)
- Forklift certification a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends during inventory cycles
