Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts using RFID scanners and barcode systems
- Reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and digital records
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and update inventory databases in real-time
- Generate cycle count reports and variance analysis for management review
- Maintain FIFO compliance and organize warehouse storage zones
- Collaborate with purchasing team to optimize stock levels
- Train staff on inventory procedures and data entry protocols
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory management experience in a warehouse environment
- Proficiency with WMS software (SWM, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10 training preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Associate degree in logistics or supply chain management
- Experience with Excel pivot tables and data visualization
