Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS systems
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain real-time inventory records in ERP platforms (SAP/Oracle)
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for stock replenishment and FIFO rotation
- Generate monthly inventory reports for management review
- Implement safety protocols for hazardous material handling
- Train staff on inventory best practices and system usage
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory management experience in logistics/warehousing
- Proficiency with WMS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training preferred
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field
- Experience with barcode scanning technology (RFID/Zebra)
