Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS systems
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and update inventory databases in real-time
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, locations, and product information
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to resolve inventory variances and optimize storage
- Generate monthly inventory reports and provide insights to management
- Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory rotation procedures
- Assist in physical inventory audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong data entry skills with 10-key proficiency
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification a plus
- Basic knowledge of OSHA safety standards
