Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanning equipment
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and maintain accurate documentation
- Generate inventory reports for management analysis
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams on stock optimization
- Implement FIFO inventory control procedures
- Maintain clean and organized storage areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years inventory or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in WMS software and MS Office Suite
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Forklift certification a plus
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
