Responsibilities
- Accurately count, record, and reconcile inventory using WMS systems
- Manage stock levels and report discrepancies to management
- Process shipments and receive deliveries with proper documentation
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO protocols
- Generate inventory reports and analytics for decision-making
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams on stock optimization
- Conduct cycle counts and assist in annual audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong mathematical accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varied warehouse conditions
- Forklift certification a plus
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
