Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Operate barcode scanners and WMS software for real-time inventory updates
- Process incoming shipments and verify against purchase orders
- Maintain organized digital and physical records of all inventory
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize storage layouts
- Generate monthly inventory reports for management review
- Implement FIFO protocols for perishable goods handling
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory management experience
- Proficiency with barcode scanners and WMS systems (SAP/JDA preferred)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification a major plus
- Basic knowledge of OSHA warehouse safety standards
- High school diploma or equivalent required
