Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts using RF scanners and digital tracking systems
- Update and maintain real-time inventory databases with 99.9% accuracy
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to resolve stock discrepancies and shortages
- Generate detailed inventory reports for management and auditing purposes
- Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory rotation protocols
- Collaborate with purchasing to optimize stock levels and minimize waste
- Train staff on inventory management best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on inventory or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and RF scanners
- Exceptional attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting inventory trends
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- High school diploma; associate degree preferred
