- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Manage stock receiving, putaway, and documentation processes
- Operate inventory management systems (WMS) and barcode scanners
- Prepare accurate reports for inventory analysis and forecasting
- Maintain organized storage areas and enforce safety protocols
- Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams for stock optimization
- Train new staff on inventory procedures and system usage
Qualifications
- 1+ years of inventory or warehouse experience required
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Spanish language skills highly preferred
