Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Operate WMS systems to update stock levels and track product movement
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and verify documentation accuracy
- Generate inventory reports for management and stakeholder reviews
- Implement FIFO inventory control methods
- Collaborate with purchasing to optimize reorder points
- Maintain organized storage areas and enforce safety protocols
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory or warehouse management experience
- Proficiency with WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong data entry skills with 10-key typing certification
- Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification preferred
- Associates degree in Supply Chain or related field
- Experience with barcode scanning systems
